Join the Fairchild Area Historical Society at its third annual Lumberjack & Jill Dinner from 11:00 AM to
4:00 PM on Saturday, January 25
th
. The event is being held at the Fairchild Sportsmen’s Club at 300
Pond Road in Fairchild. All proceeds will be used for the renovation of the historic former bank building
as a museum celebrating the area’s history and operation of the Society’s History Center, both located in
downtown Fairchild.
Dinner includes beef stew over biscuits with cole slaw and dessert; serving will begin at 11 AM until
gone. Many great prizes for Jacks and Jills of all ages are lined up for the bucket raffle. 50/50 and meat
raffles will also be offered. Take your picture in front of the large lumberjack photo backdrop to share
with family and friends. And be sure to check-out the other historical photos and Historical Society
display. The Clubhouse bar will be open during the event. So, grab your best flannel, dust off your
boots, and join us for the fun!
