Flags across Wisconsin will fly at half-staff today to honor Wisconsin State Patrol Bureau Director David Pabst and his wife, Teri, who died unexpectedly earlier this month. Governor Tony Evers called the couple pillars of their community, praising David’s 38 years of public service with the State Patrol and Teri’s lifelong dedication as an educator. The Pabsts were married nearly 40 years and are remembered by their four children and seven grandchildren. Services are today in Middleton.
