Francis P. Rave, Sr., 62, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Francis was born to Henry and Irene (Whitegull) Rave on November 5, 1963, in Black River Falls, WI.
He worked over 20 years for Ho-Chunk Nation, as a bingo collar. He also worked as a Manager at Kwik Trip
for many years. He enjoyed playing pool and scrabble. He could play for countless hours. He loved going to
church (NAC) services, singing, and running meetings. He enjoyed and loved being around his grandchildren,
he would spend time taking them to parks, skate parks, and taking them out to eat. He was very encouraging to
others. He loved watching Star Trek and Bruce Lee movies.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Henry and Irene sisters, Justine, Gale, Joyce, brother Ted and daughter
Tara.
Francis is survived by Francis Peter Rave Jr., Raena Marie Rave, Darienne Johnson, and Tyler Rave. He had 10
grandchildren; Jevon Rave, Jayla Banuelos, Jazlyn White Eagle, Harmonystar Walker, Jesse Walker, Melody
Boyd, Azrael Boyd, Jayvion Williams, Jovonni Williams and Joleesa Williams along with 1 great
granddaughter J'lanni Banuelos. Plus, many other family members who he loved dearly.
Visitation will be at Rave Round house, N7257 Rave Trail Black River Falls Wi, 54615 from 3pm -5pm.
Followed by a comfort meal and NAC meeting.
The funeral service for Francis will be held at noon Friday at Rave Round house N7257 Rave Trail, Black River
Falls, Wisconsin, 54615.
