(Kansas City, MO)  —  The federal fraud trial for a Missouri man accused of killing two Wisconsin brothers has been delayed until next month.  The trial for Garland Nelson was supposed to start today (Monday).  A federal judge denied Nelson’s motion to suppress some evidence in that case.  A state court charges Nelson with shooting Nick and Justin Diemel to death in 2019, then hiding their bodies.  His trial on those charges is on the court calendar for next February.
