Road injuries are the leading cause of preventable deaths and injuries to children in the United
States, and more than half of car seats are not used or installed correctly. The best way to keep
your child safe in the car is to use the right car seat in the right way.
Come get your car seat professionally checked by a nationally certified Child Passenger Safety
Technician (CPST) on April 6th from 3 – 6 p.m. at Morrie’s in Tomah (1200 North Superior Ave).
This event is open to the public with no appointment needed.
Correctly used child safety seats can reduce the risk of death by as much as 71%. A certified
CPST can help you select the right seat, ensure a proper harness fit, install your car seat
correctly, and know when to move to the next seat.
Free car seat safety checks are offered April through September from 3 – 6 p.m. at rotating
Morrie’s Auto Group locations on the following dates:
Morrie’s Tomah (1200 North Superior Ave): April 6 and July 6
Morrie’s West Salem (990 West City Hwy 16): May 4 and August 3
