Today, in Jackson County Circuit Court, Todd Gieck, 61, of Melrose, was charged by the District Attorney with being an Outstate Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of THC – 2nd and Subsequent Offense in Jackson County case number 2024CF92. The District Attorney requested, and the court ordered, a $7500 cash bond with the condition that he not possess any weapons. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 10th at 1:45.
Mr. Gieck retains his presumption of innocence until adjudicated otherwise in a court of law.
