On January 18th,  Floyd A. Burdick, 57, of Grand Marsh was found dead just before 9am at the Oakridge Trail parking area. His body had been burned and covered in snow. Not very far away, and several hours prior to a resident finding his body, a burned vehicle was also found and the license plate was discovered as being registered to the victim. 

Two Grand Marsh residents, Donald Dalberg, 47, and Crystal Teumer, 27, were arrested and charged with a multitude of charges in the murder of Floyd Burdick. Donald Dalberg was charged with first-degree intentional homicide.  According to arrest records, Donald Dalberg was also charged with arson as party to a crime. Crystal Teumer, 27 was charged with both mutilating a corpse and arson as party to a crime. Dalberg and Teumer also face charges of felony bail jumping. Teumer gave several statements to police and wmtv, reported many of those details. Click the link to read the full story.
