On Thursday, October 12, 2023 at about 12:28 PM the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received
a call of a hit and run traffic crash in the Town of Millston, Jackson County Wisconsin. The
striking vehicle had left the scene traveling towards Black River Falls. Jackson County Deputies
located the vehicle and stopped the vehicle to investigate the crash.
The driver, identified as Adam J. Decorah, 31 years old, from Black River Falls, WI was found
to be under the influence of intoxicants. Decorah refused field sobriety testing and was arrested
for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated 5th offense. Decorah was also found to be on
Probation and had a revoked driver’s license. Decorah is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
