Holly Winn, Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been selected by her peers as an
OnCon Icon award winner. The Top 50 COO Award is peer-voted and
determined by peer observation of work and contributions to the field. Winners
represent some of the top COOs in the world ranging from small to very large
corporations. Holly was selected as she has made strong contributions to the
COO community through thought leadership, innovation, and exceptionally
strong leadership.
Having worked at BRMH for 27 years, 25 years as COO, Winn is responsible for
leading a comprehensive array of services and programs including Physical
Medicine & Rehabilitation, Human Resources, Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, Business
Intelligence, Marketing, Organizational Development, and Volunteer Services.
When asked about an accomplishment she is most proud of, she was quick to
say that all projects carried out by BRMH are team-based. However, she stated
that she is particularly proud of her role in helping to introduce the Hospitalist
program, the lab outreach program and introducing BRMH to Studer. “One
especially meaningful accomplishment was helping to bring in Studer, now
known as Huron, to help the organization align their strategic goals and develop
employees to optimize their full potential,” Winn stated.
“Working at BRMH has provided me with an exceptionally rewarding career and
whenever I am asked, I am proud to say I work for such a progressive and
patient-centered organization,” she added, “I am very humbled to have
received this recognition and it is especially meaningful to be acknowledged by
those in my profession.”
Winn was presented her award virtually at the 2022 OnCon Conference on May
12 th .
