Wisconsin American Village is seeking host families in central Wisconsin for its Korean Winter Exchange Program, running from December 31, 2024, to February 28, 2025. The program invites families from areas such as Neillsville, Greenwood, Loyal, Augusta, Merrillan, Durand, Eau Claire, Colby, and Abbotsford to welcome elementary and middle school children from Korea.

The program lasts about eight weeks, with a preference for families with children, although families without children are also encouraged to apply. Rev. Dong Su Lee, the program coordinator, expressed appreciation for the time and care hosts will provide, stating that compensation will be offered: $1,000 for four weeks and $2,000 for eight weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to experience Korean culture and build meaningful connections. Interested families can reach out to Rev. Lee, who previously served as pastor in the Neillsville, Greenwood, and Granton United Methodist churches. He can be contacted at dongsulee1211@gmail.com or by phone at 715-254-5328. Don’t miss this chance to enrich your family’s life and help foster cultural exchange!
