On Friday, June 30th, 2023 at about 1:54 AM, the Jackson County Communications Center
received a 911 call reporting there was an unresponsive male party in a vehicle in the parking lot
of Jimmy’s InBetween Gentlemen’s Club on US Highway 12 in the Township of Alma, Jackson
County, WI. Sheriff’s Deputies and Black River Falls Emergency Medical Services arrived on
scene and determined the male party was deceased.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office has identified the deceased male party as ANDREW J.
FRECHETTE, 55, from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office continues
to work around the clock with the assistance of the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of
Criminal Investigation on this case. Because this is an open and active investigation, no further
details of the case can be shared at this time.
