The Jackson County Board of Adjustment will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the County Board Room.
The agenda includes the following key item under New Business:
Appeal of a Condition on Conditional Use Request #2025-22BOA, submitted by Gregg R. Scheirman. The appeal involves property located in the Town of Komensky. Scheirman is requesting to revise condition #3, which currently requires the installation and maintenance of a 10-foot high solid privacy fence along the north and west boundaries of the property.
