Jacquelyn “Jackie” Ann Flock, age 75, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the Serenity House in Tomah.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 7, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Pastor Dawn Lindberg will officiate. Family and friends are invited for visitation on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah.
