The Janesville Police Department issued a Green Alert this morning for a Veteran at Risk. Peter Gerard Clark, age 61, was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve Green Bay Packers Shirt along with Orange/Tan carpenter pants (possibly Carhartt). Peter was last seen on August 18th near the 2100 block on North Claremont Drive in Janesville. He was driving a vehicle described as a 2008 Honda Element with Wisconsin plates ATE-1356.
