John “Jack” R. Hodgkins, 72, of West Salem, died Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Lakeview Health Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, Sparta, with Reverend Steve Olson officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Farmers Valley Cemetery, rural Sparta.
