Joyce D. Oium, 81, of rural Sparta, WI, passed away peacefully at the Serenity House in Tomah, WI with her loving family by her side.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 3, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home, 1132 Angelo Rd. Sparta, WI. Family and friends are invited for visitation Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
