Lucille A. Sosalla passed away peacefully at the Pigeon Falls Nursing Home, Wednesday, November 29,2023. Born September 2, 1933 and was 90 years old. Lucille was a woman that loved her family,
especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lucille was a lifetime member of S. S. Peter and
Paul Catholic Church, the Rosary Society, and the Women’s Auxiliary. She enjoyed knitting and sewing in
her spare time. Lucille lost the love of her life, her husband Gene in 2015.
She leaves behind one sister, Marie Kloss; 3 children, Sandie (Bob) Gunderson of Independence, Gary
(Beth) Sosalla of Holmen, and Susan (Pat) Bolger of Hartland; 5 grandchildren, Robbie Gunderson, Stacie
(Don) Hogan, Chase (Holly) Sosalla, Brooke Sosalla, Hunter Bolger; 5 great-grandchildren, Morgan
Gunderson, Kloe Gunderson, Gunner Hogan, Croix and Reed Sosalla. Lucille was preceded in death by
her parents; husband; brother: Alvin; sister: Lillian (Edmund) Suchla; and brother-in-law: Donald Kloss.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Saints Peter and
Paul Catholic Church with Father George Thayilkuzhitottu officiating. Family and friends are welcome for
visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. To express
