✔ Message someone you love
✔ Read something uplifting
✔ Set a goal
✔ Practice a calming bedtime routine
✔ Tackle a small task you’ve been putting off

Join the 2nd Annual Monroe County Mental Wellness Fair on Thursday, May 15th, from 2 to 6 PM. There’ll be resource booths, a guest speaker, kid-friendly fun like a bounce house and face painting, plus free popcorn and root beer floats!
