Authorities in western Wisconsin have issued a Missing Endangered Person Alert for 44-year-old Stanley B. Howe the Second of La Crosse. Howe is described as a white male, six feet tall, weighing about 240 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen April 19th wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved blue shirt, and gray shoes.

Investigators say his vehicle was found at the Paul E. Stry Nature Preserve, with his phone left inside.

Anyone who sees Stanley Howe is urged to call 911 so crisis-trained personnel can respond, or contact the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office at 608-782-7575.

Authorities say do not approach—call immediately with any information.
