Paul S Peterson, 59 years of age, from Monona, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
On Thursday, February 22nd, at approximately 11:50 PM, Wisconsin State Patrol received a driving
complaint on a Commercial Motor Vehicle that was unable to maintain its lane and nearly caused a
crash. A trooper from the Wisconsin State patrol located the CMV and after witnessing multiple lane
deviations, conducted a traffic stop.
The trooper observed signs of impairment and an investigation including Standardized Field
Sobriety Testing ensued. PETERSON was subsequently arrested for OWI and submitted to an
evidentiary chemical test of his blood. PETERSON was booked into the Dane County Jail.
