(Oshkosh, WI) — An adult is facing charges following a fight at an Oshkosh middle school. The D.A. filed charges yesterday against 37-year-old Charlotte Fletcher. Police say she forced her way into Merrill Middle School last week and began shouting and cursing at school staff members. Fletcher raced to the school after getting a call about her student getting into a fight with another student. Prosecutors say Fletcher was part of a group of parents, and one of them slapped Merrill’s dean of students in the face. Prosecutors are charging Fletcher with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer. She’s due back in court next month.
