John E Servin, 34 years of age, from Waukegan, IL has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with four
children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
On Sunday, March 9, 2025, at approximately 5:52 PM a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted
a traffic stop on I-94 eastbound at milepost 59 for a speed violation.
The Trooper observed signs of impairment and a subsequent investigation, including field sobriety
tests, showed that the driver, John E. Servin from Waukegan, IL, was operating a motor vehicle
while under the influence of a controlled substance with minor passengers. Mr. Servin was arrested
and transported to the local hospital for an evidentiary test of his blood. The children, ages 13, 10,
8, and 2 were released to an adult family member.
