On July 23, just after 5pm, Timothy A Faulkner, 46 years of age, from Prairie Du Chien was been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Tomah Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, his 4th offense.
Timothy Faulkner was stopped by a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper at 15th street and Lessard Street for travelling 95 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone. Upon making contact with the driver the Trooper observed open intoxicants in the vehicle. The driver underwent Standardized Field Sobriety tests and was
subsequently arrested for Operating while Intoxicated 4th offence.
