Cormetheus J Eubanks, 38 years of age, from Portage has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 6th offense.
The Wisconsin State Patrol received a call about a possible domestic in a vehicle traveling down the
interstate. A Sergeant located and attempted to stop the vehicle, but it failed to yield and a pursuit
ensued. Another trooper was able to successfully deploy Tire Deflation Devices, causing the
vehicle to pull over. The driver was subsequently arrested for OWI 6th offense.
