Randall C. Mann, age 67, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
Traditional Ho-Chunk Services will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, 12:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Bobby Bird will officiate. Burial will follow in the Blue Wing Cemetery. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Sunday. The Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah is assisting the family with arrangements.
