Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Releases Monthly Data for June 2023
Madison, Wis. – The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) released its June 2023 WI Real Estate Report today. Low home sales and high prices continue to hamper the housing market. June 2023 home sales fell by 19.4% compared to June 2022, and the median price rose 8.6% to $304,000 over the last 12 months.
