Rodney Flury Allemann, 84, of Town of Montana, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025, at Mayo
Clinic Health System in Eau Claire after a courageous battle of illnesses.
He was born on May 23, 1940, to the late Emil and Sylvia (Flury) Allemann. He was a 1958 graduate of
Arcadia High School who went on to work on the farm his entire life.
On September 4 th , 1965, he married Roxanne Stevens at the Tamarack Lutheran Church in rural Arcadia.
To this union two sons were born. He served honorably in Red Arrow Division of the Wisconsin National
Guard at Fort Lewis, Washington.
Rodney is survived by his wife of 59 years, Roxanne; two sons: Robert (special friend, Angela) of
Dubuque, Iowa, and Richard (Vicki) of the Town of Montana; grandchildren: Andrew (Chloe), Paige
(Braedon), and Brooke Allemann. He is also survived by two sisters: Dawn (Larry) Brotzman of La Crosse
and Heidi (John) Rekow of Stoddard; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother: Darrel.
A funeral service for Rodney will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2025, at Montana United
Methodist Church with Tom Elliott officiating. Family and friends are welcome for visitation beginning at
11 a.m. until the time of service at church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
