The details of the crash are as follows:
Wisconsin State Patrol Inspectors and Troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in St.
Croix County on Interstate 94 at milepost 18. Preliminary evidence from the crash scene indicates
that a semi-tractor-trailer was traveling westbound in the left lane. The semi crossed into the right
lane, striking a Ford Edge. Both vehicles then traveled off the roadway and came to rest in the
north ditch. The driver of the semi was transported to Regions Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
