Terry L. Van Kirk, 67, of Sparta, WI, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Mulder Nursing Facility, West Salem, WI.
Terry’s family is planning a burial in the Woodlawn Cemetery on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life will follow in the Angelo Townhall.
