An educational program designed to connect elementary students with community leaders has received a financial boost from the Tomah Health Community Foundation.
The Tomah Junior Achievement program was the recipient of a fifteen-hundred dollar donation from the Tomah Health Foundation on Thursday (Sept. 7) which Junior Achievement program representative Laurie Brown said helps students discover a unique experience.
Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students in grades kindergarten thru high school with hands-on programs taught by area volunteers…including business leaders, parents and residents.
Businesses interested in participating in the program with volunteers or financial support can contact Junior Achievement Tomah representative Laurie Brown at 608-374-5521.
