Dennis A Malone, 83 years of age, from Tomah, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol Tomah Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 6th offense.
A trooper was dispatched along with an ambulance for a report of a driver with an injury, September 13, shortly before 11:00 am. The trooper located the vehicle on Griffin Road outside of Tomah. During contact, the driver displayed signs of impairment. After investigation, the driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – sixth offense.
