Angelique Cherise Washington, 27 years of age, from Hastings MN has been arrested by the
Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st
offense, with four children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
On 11/23/22 at approximately 10:52 AM a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped an east bound
vehicle for a speed violation on I-94 near MM 101. Upon approached the Trooper detected the odor
of marijuana
The driver, Angelique Washington from Hastings, MN was tested and subsequently arrested for
operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and possession of marijuana. The
passengers in the vehicle included 1 adult and 4 children. The children ranged in age from 1-6 years
old.
