An early morning accident has sent two to the hospital with minor injuries. The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department says it happened about 1:45 this morning, when Leslye A. Martinez reported she was traveling to the Tri-County Hospital, on Highway 121 near Tower Drive in the City of Whitehall, when she took her eyes off the road to check on her child in the back seat. When Martinez looked back, the vehicle had entered the northside ditch. Both were taken to the hospital by Tri-County Ambulance to be checked-out.
