Virginia K. Picard, age 79, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2023, at the Mayo Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023, 11:00 a.m., at Queen of the Apostles Parish in Tomah, Wisconsin. Monsignor David Kunz will officiate. Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Tomah, Wisconsin. Family and friends are invited for a visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Thursday.
