Black River Memorial Hospital (BRMH) Volunteer Services is hosting two open houses for anyone interested in information about becoming part of the BRMH volunteering team.
Volunteer Services staff will be on hand to visit and answer questions about the various programs and opportunities for hospital, hospice and Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) volunteering. Handouts and applications will be available to fill out on site, or to take with for consideration.
The first event will be on Thursday, September 15 from 1-3 pm in the Oak Conference Room at BRMH. The second event follows on Wednesday, September 28 at the Be-Home conference room on Hwy. A from 9-11 am.
“Many people are looking for opportunities to give back and feel useful in our communities,” states Cindy Clark, BRMH Volunteer Services Director. “We certainly have ways for people to help themselves while helping others.”
