Interfaith Volunteers hosted a group from Evangelical Lutheran Church on Sunday, September 10th. Each year, ELC coordinates a God’s Work, Our Hands Sunday. This year, they put their Faith in Action at the new Interfaith Volunteer’s facility. They made cookies for the Fire Department, Police Department, and Sheriff’s Department, blankets for the cats at the human society, and cards for Black River Falls Hospital. Individuals even went to help wash windows and do some cleanup projects around community members homes. The event was a huge success, using many hands to help many people.
