Western Technical College Computer Support Specialist students will be offering a Technology Support Help Desk for the community from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Fridays between March 27 and April 17. Services will be available in person in room 219 of the Wanek Center of Innovation, 744 Badger St., La Crosse.

Students can assist with computer software training, hardware support, and general troubleshooting. The help desk is part of Western’s Community Engagement program, which takes credit courses and uses them to address and solve community needs.

Walk-ins and appointments are welcome. Community members may park in Western lot H or visitor parking spots for free during Help Desk hours. To send questions or to contact the help desk, email help@studenthelpwestern.on.spiceworks.com or call 608.785.9900.
