(Eau Claire, WI) — It’s another bone-chilling start to the day in the Chippewa Valley. The National Weather Service is leaving a Wind Chill Advisory in place til 10 a.m. this morning. Forecasters say wind chills to start the day could dip as low as 25-below. That’s cold enough to cause frostbite on exposed skin within 25 minutes. It’s not going to be much warmer later in the day either, the Weather Service says temperatures will only get into the teens today.
