(Eau Claire, WI) — It’s another sub-zero start to the day for the Chippewa Valley. The National Weather Service is leaving a wind chill advisory in place til noon for the entire state. Forecasters say the wind chill could drop as low as 25 below. That’s cold enough to cause frostbite on exposed skin in less than a half-and-hour.
