It was a lucky day in Green Bay. A winning $100,000 All or Nothing lottery ticket was sold at Webster Shell on South Webster Street for the August 26th evening drawing.
The ticket, which matched zero out of 11 numbers, marks the fourth top prize winner in the game this month. It’s also the biggest winning ticket ever sold by Webster Shell since joining the Wisconsin Lottery in 2020.
All or Nothing players win the top prize by matching all 11 numbers—or none at all. So far in 2025, three of ten jackpot tickets have come from the rare “zero match.”
Retailers who sell big winning tickets also share in the excitement, receiving a performance bonus of two percent of the prize, up to $100,000.
Winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize. More information is available at wilottery.com or on the Wisconsin Lottery mobile app.
