The Wisconsin Badgers are enjoying a blowout victory after beating Northwestern 42-7. Quarterback Graham Mertz completed 20 passes for five touchdowns with no sacks or interceptions yesterday in Evanston. The win snaps the Badgers’ losing streak and gives a debut victory for interim head coach Jim Leonhard. Coach Paul Chryst was fired last weekend after two lopsided losses in a row to Ohio State and Illinois. Next week, the Badgers take on Michigan State in East Lansing.
