On Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at about 6:50 PM, a deputy with the Jackson County Sheriff’s
Office observed a vehicle traveling above the posted speed limit on State Highway 27 near Fall
Hall Road in the Township of Manchester, Jackson County, Wisconsin. The vehicle was stopped
for the speed violation and the driver was identified as Justin T. Kamrowski, 31 years old, from
Minnesota.
During the traffic stop with Kamrowski, the Deputy detected the odor of marijuana emitting
from the vehicle. When asked about the odor, Kamrowski stated that there was a small bag of
marijuana in the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and deputies located about
1,575 grams (3.47 lbs) of marijuana and just over $9,000 in cash located inside the vehicle.
Kamrowski was arrested by deputies and booked into the Jackson County Jail for Possession
with Intent to Deliver Marijuana.
Kamrowski is on probation and has had previous felony convictions in Minnesota involving drug
and firearm offenses.
