Three Wisconsin banking leaders are being recognized for their impact across the industry and their communities.
The Wisconsin Bankers Association has named Sheri Dick, Rachael Gadbois, and Lindsay Monacelli as its 2026 Women of Impact Award recipients. The honors were presented during the group’s annual Women in Banking Conference in Wisconsin Dells.
Sheri Dick, chief operating officer at Forward Bank, was recognized for her leadership in artificial intelligence initiatives and her work mentoring future women leaders through the bank’s “Lean Forward” program.
Rachael Gadbois, co-president and CEO of The Pineries Bank, was honored for her nearly 30-year career, leadership across multiple banking roles, and strong community involvement, including work with the local YMCA and other nonprofits.
Lindsay Monacelli of Peoples State Bank was recognized for improving lending systems, mentoring colleagues, and her extensive volunteer service, including hundreds of hours supporting local organizations and financial literacy programs.
The Woman of Impact Award was established in 2025 to highlight leaders who make meaningful contributions to their organizations, communities, and the banking industry.
