The incident occurred at 10:20 a.m. on November 7, 2024, when a Monroe County deputy encountered a crash involving a 2009 GMC Sierra, driven by 39-year-old Kristoffer Cattle of Tomah, which had crossed into the opposite lane and struck a westbound 2016 Chevrolet Spark.
