(Hudson, WI) — A bald eagle is being blamed for a power outage in Hudson. It happened yesterday afternoon, and Xcel Energy says about 8-00 people were left in the dark. Hudson Officer James Wildman says he heard the boom, and found the eagle lying dead near the powerlines. Wildman says he called the DNR. Xcel says it took about four hours to restore power to people in Hudson.
