The Black River Falls Utility Commission will meet Monday, August 31, at 3:30 p.m. in the Black River Falls Utilities Conference Room at 349 South McKinley Street.

Among the items on the agenda:

Approval of the July 27 meeting minutes and more than $670,000 in vouchers.
Discussion of the 2027 draft electric, water and sewer budgets.
An update on PFAS litigation payments.
Updates on wastewater treatment plant permits, including the WPDES five-year permit renewal, phosphorus variance applications and PFAS testing and reporting.
Results of the bucket truck auction.
A discussion of the WPPI power supply contract extension.
Possible action on rates for customer-owned generation systems.
Possible action on a tuition assistance request.
The next Utility Commission meeting is scheduled for September 28 at 3:30 p.m. The meeting is at Black River Falls Municipal Utilities, 349 South McKinley Street.
