Charles E. Hoff, 71, of Melrose, Wis., passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at his home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Fredrickson Funeral Homes and Crematory, Jostad Chapel, 121 N. Youlon St., West Salem. Pastor John Ashland will officiate.
