Neil T. Horstman, 49, of the Bangor /Mindoro area, passed away at his family home on October 25, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Bells Coulee Lutheran Church, rural Bangor/Mindoro. A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m., until 6:00 p.m., Monday, at Fredrickson Funeral Homes and Crematory, Bangor Chapel, Hwy. 162 and Hattan St., Bangor. A visitation will also be held from 10:00 a.m., until the time of service, Tuesday, at Bells Coulee Lutheran Church.
Neil was privately laid to rest, in the presence of his family, following a graveside service in Burns Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
