The Monroe County Health Department and Emergency Management along with the Wisconsin National Guard and Monroe County Highway Department will provide another drive-through COVID-19 testing event. It’ll be this Thursday (1/21) from 9:00-4:30 at the Monroe County Highway Shop, 1721 Winnebago Ave, Tomah. The testing site will be open to anyone age 5 years and older…and those who have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who tested positive. Tiffany Giesler, Monroe County’s Public Health Director, says the lines may become long. Attendees must remain in their vehicles. Pre-registration is encouraged at register.covidconnect.wi.gov. You may also register at the testing site.
