Donald “Don” Kieth Glasspoole, age 67, died on April 11, 2024, at the Tomah VA Medical Center
surrounded by his family.

Don was born on June 18, 1956, in Black River Falls, WI, to Oliver and June Glasspoole. He
grew up in Hixton, WI, but went to school in the Black River Falls School District. When he
turned 16, he joined the Navy and was honorably discharged two years later. After he began his
lifelong career as a mechanic.

He was an avid racing fan, loved his classic cars, and worked on them as well. Don enjoyed
deer hunting, and fishing, but most of all his children, and grandchildren. He was quick-witted
and could always make others laugh with his (dark) humor. Along with his jokes, he’ll be
remembered for his stubbornness, how self-sufficient he was, his brains, and his sweet tooth.

Don is survived by his daughters, Sarah (Bryan) Rebarchek, Chelsea Glasspoole, Kayelin
Glasspoole, and Amanda Glasspoole; grandchildren, Aaron Hunter, Olyvea Hunter, Mercedes
Glasspoole, and Breydon Glasspoole; brothers, Arnold (Joan) Glasspoole, Michael Glasspoole,
and Dennis Glasspoole; sisters, Helen (Ron) Saunders, Carol Brown, and Donna Noyce; along
with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and June Glasspoole; and brothers, Larry
Glasspoole and Kenneth Glasspoole.

A celebration of life for Don will be held at a later date.

The Buswell Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements, 715-284-2231.
